Daiwa Tatula TW 80 Casting Reel
The Daiwa Tatula 80 features an aluminum frame, aluminum handle side plate, and is extremely palmable. It contains Daiwa’s esteemed Magforce casting system on the non-handle side. With regards to gearing, it also contains Daiwa’s Hyperdrive gearing system for very smooth cranking and fluid-like rotation.
Daiwa's T-Wing System level-wind opens up line feed and it also features a 32mm 7075 aircraft-grade aluminum spool. The overall weight of the spool is very light because it’s smaller but allows better inertia and start-up for casting lighter lures. It performs extremely well with lures that have poor aerodynamics. The reel also features a 90mm swept handle, which is pretty much the same handle used on most of the Tatula lineup. While the reel is smaller and more palmable, utilizing this handle size allows to have the same feel of handle rotation.
Tatula 80 also features 9.9 pounds of drag while most of the Tatula lineup features 11 pounds of drag. The Tatula 80 does feature slightly less drag because it’s a finesse reel. It’s designed ideally for 10 or 12 pound fluorocarbon or monofilament and 8 to 20 pound test braid.

Yes, duties and taxes are included in the final price.
It depends on where you are. We have a commitment to have all orders picked and fufilled within 1 business day. If your order is placed before 2pm EST it will be fulfilled the same business day. Standard parcels are usually delivered within 1-5 business days and Express parcels are delivered within 1-2 business days. Delivery details and tracking information will be provided in your confirmation email.
We offer free standard shipping for all USA orders over $75 (with the exception of rods & oversize items)
If your order does not qualify for free shipping, you can see the calculated cost of shipping at checkout. (Shipping cost will be shown before you enter payment information).
Please note that rods and oversize items have a flat shipping fee of $$28.99 and do not qualify for free shipping.
We use a solid protective rod tube wrap your rod to ensure it will be safe during transit. We also outline to our carrier that these packages are fragile.
We accept any exchanges or returns within 14 days of your purchase as long as the items are in original packaging with tags! Please note return label costs are not covered by Ptbo Pro Tackle.
